Hello Team,

Our first home meet is finally upon us. As hosts, we are responsible for setting up and breaking down, concessions and general meet management. We of course want to be good hosts and we will need everyone's support to ensure this meet runs smoothly; especially in regards to our scheduled volunteers. It is important to be there on time and ready to fulfill your shift. That being said, this is a quad meet and the jobs are spread out a bit. Some of you who are signed up will end up being back-up for emergency "no shows". You will still need to check in with me so I know you are there if we need to call you in.
