Hello Team,

Our next home meet is upon us. As hosts, we are responsible for setting up and breaking down, concessions and general meet management. We of course want to be good hosts and we will need everyone's support to ensure this meet runs smoothly; especially in regards to our scheduled volunteers. It is important to be there ON TIME and ready to fulfill your shift. REMINDER to check in with me.

Saturday, Dec 9th @ Mt. Park - Meet Begins at 8:05am

SET UP VOLUNTEERS can enter at 6:45. MUST be done with set up by warm ups at 7:15. ALL REMAINING VOLUNTEERS must be checked in by 7:30am.

* The benefit of a Saturday AM meet is that a lot the set up will already be done from the night before ;)
