Hello Team,

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Our next home meet is THIS FRIDAY NIGHT! As hosts, we are responsible for setting up and breaking down, concessions and general meet management. We of course want to be good hosts, and we will need everyone's support to ensure this meet runs smoothly; especially in regards to our scheduled volunteers. It is important to be there ON TIME and ready to fulfill your shift. REMINDER to check in with me.

Friday, Jan. 5th @ WEST GWINNETT 

Meet Begins at 7:20pm

SET-UP VOLUNTEERS enter at 6:00pm. 

We MUST be done with set-up by warm ups at 6:30pm. 

ALL REMAINING VOLUNTEERS must be checked in by 6:45pm.

JOBS:

Meet Set Up/Break Down* (must arrive early!)- Gerald Comer, Hilde Han, Laura Loredo, Irving Roman, Emily Somphone, Emily Watkins, Jacob Watkins, Kazi Zaman

* Since this is a Friday night meet, we will need to do ALL set up.
